PEEKARAMA: Deep Tango and Young Secretaries (Vinegar Syndrome DVD)

The beautiful thing about the Peekarama series from Vinegar Syndrome is that it features some pretty wacky stuff, and while I don't always love it, I have to admire it. Tonight's entry into the great world of double feature adult features with a great big X on the cover includes Deep Tango and Young Secretaries. While a rather disjointed duo-screening with different directors, Zachary Youngblood and Richard Kanter respectively, each movie carries with it a certain raw filth that must be encouraged and allowed to arouse the viewer.

Richard Kanter started his career in adult entertainment and seems to finish out his nine movie directorial run in the genre. I can't tell if I'd rather enjoy The Erotic Adventures of Robin Hood or Sensual Encounters of EVERY Kind more.

Zachary Strong aka Zachary Youngblood directed Glamour Girls, but he started off with Deep Tango. He directed fifteen movies including my personal favorite title (though I haven't seen it) Confessions of a Teenage Peanut Butter Freak.

Before we get into the nitty gritty for each feature, you can order this disc through DIABOLIKDVD. Available now!

Synopsis from Vinegar Syndrome:

A beautiful sex therapist takes a new lover on a surreal journey of erotic exploration as she attempts to perfect her methods.
Director: Zachary Youngblood
86 minutes / 1974 / Color / 1.33:1 OAR

So if you wanted to watch a movie that is filthy to the core featuring some strange acts of sexual edible perversion and at least one song that conveys all the musical talent of a drunk single a song about a comb, well... Deep Tango probably has you pegged. I can't say that this is my favorite of the Vinegar Syndrome adult features. It's disjointed without star power or staying power.

Still there are plenty of attractive folks doing there worst to cum out on top. Deep Tango is one long adventure into the competitive sport of people watching if the people you're watching are fucking but somehow still more interesting for the fact that they are completely degenerate. Maybe huffing light fluid wasn't a good idea.

Synopsis from Vinegar Syndrome:

Business savvy secretaries know exactly what their virile bosses need to get ahead.
Director: Richard Kanter
76 minutes / 1974 / Color / 1.33:1 OAR

The Young Secretaries is a hotter movie with some truly attractive ladies. Unfortunately most of what I remember about this feature isn't the hotties in front of the camera. It's the over-sized, strangely proportioned lugs under the shirt of one of the leagues. A. You can lose an eye. B. They should be well marked with suffocation hazard on the side.

Again this is a moderately inconsequential production with no star power to support some rather strange clumped together scenes of sexual mischief.  This one features on of the more common themes in adult entertainment and lack true narrative or originality. In other words, good spank material.
