Does B&H Photo have free shipping?
Yes, free standard shipping is available for most orders from B&H photo and it takes between 1-7 business days to arrive. Free expedited shipping is available for most orders over $49 and takes between 1-2 business days to arrive.
Does B&H Photo offer click and collect?
Yes, you can collect your order from the B&H Store if you're based in New York. Items available for collection will be clearly marked with a green checkmark. Your order will normally be ready for collection within 30 minutes of ordering, and once it is, you’ll get a ‘Ready for Pickup’ email which will have the pickup number that you need to take to the store along with your photo ID.
Can I get a promo code for my first order?
Yes, you may be able to find a B&H Photo promo code specifically for first orders from time to time. However, if there aren't any promo codes available there'll still be plenty of ways to help you save.

What’s the B&H Photo returns policy?
B&H Photo accepts returns for up to 30 days after you receive your order. You can return your order for either a full refund or you can exchange your item if you'd prefer. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in new condition. B&H Photo also tends to offer an extended returns period over the holiday season to give customers that little bit of extra peace when buying gifts.
