To request a refund, head to your ‘Order History’ page on your Gog.com account, find the game you’d like to return, and click the ‘Ask for a refund’ button.
Can I cancel a pre-order?
Yes, you can cancel a pre-order for an upcoming title at any time for any reason until the game is officially released. Once the game is released, you're then covered by Gog.com's 30-day money-back guarantee.
